B&B for Free Terms and Conditions
These "Terms and Conditions" are very important to allow
travelers to have a good visit or exchange. Please read them
carefully. Please print them and share them with anyone you will
travel with.
The intent of this website is to promote worldwide friendships
and to trade living accommodations. This website is not intended to
be used as a money-making opportunity by the members.
"I" "my" "me" "us" and "we" means you and
anyone you travel with in
your traveling party or anyone living with you when you host
visitors. You will be responsible for conveying these Terms and
Conditions to your traveling companions or fellow hosts. "Visit"
means to stay overnight in someone else's home, B&B, apartment,
hotel, motel, or property.
By visiting this website and/or using any functions provided herein,
or by paying for any service associated with this website, you agree
to hold bandbforfree.com, bandb4free.com, bandbexchange.com and the
owners of this website harmless and without liability for anything,
including all claims, causes of action, losses, and damages, for
anything that happens or may happen during travel and your
discovering, using, or sharing any one or more of these websites.
You also agree that if you visit someone, you will pay the
equivalent of 10 Euros (or $10, your choice) per day per person in your party as a
"visitor's deposit." A per person pro-rated portion of that
"visitor's deposit" will be returned to you when you host the people
you visit. Example: If you host 4 people, you will get 40 Euros (or $40) per
day; when you are hosted by someone in that group and only 2 of you
travel, they will pay back 20 Euros (or $20) per day. Any perceived imbalance
of payments will be forgiven and forgotten after both parties have
exchanged with each other. This deposit does not have to be paid
before arrival. The approximate exchange rates for Euros can be

www.oanda.com/convert/classic.
You agree that if you host someone, you will accept the equivalent
of 10 Euros (or $10) per day per person as a "visitor's deposit" that will be
returned, as above, when you visit the people you agree to host.
This deposit does not have to be paid before arrival.
You agree that you will limit your stay to seven nights unless other
arrangements are made in advance with the host; this number of
nights is negotiable by both parties and is just a suggestion. After
the visit begins the time period can be modified to a longer stay
only by mutual agreement of both parties. If, for any reason, the
host asks you to leave the property earlier than originally
scheduled, you agree to immediately leave the host's property within
two (2) hours after requested to do so.
You agree that you will take care of the host's property and
belongings, honor the host's privacy, and do your best to come and
go independently without inconveniencing your hosts. you and your
traveling companions will not touch, borrow, use, or steal any of
the host's property, except as necessary for normal day-to-day use
of the host's property. You will be responsible to pay for any
damaged property, and such amount may be deducted from the
"visitor's deposit."
You agree that your host is not obligated to do any cooking for you.
However, you agree that you will allow your visitors to store food
and prepare food in your kitchen, unless otherwise agreed to.
You agree that you will not take, use, give, bring, accept, or allow
any illegal drug or substance of any kind to be brought onto the
host's property.
You agree that you will not smoke any substance, legal or illegal,
while on or in the host's property unless agreed to by the host.
You agree that you will not drink or bring any alcoholic beverages
while on or in the host's property unless agreed to in advance by
the host.
You agree that the intent of exchanging visits is primarily for
traveling and visiting sites in the local area and not to stay in or
on the host's property, unless agreed to by the host. This is to
allow the hosts to continue living their lives as normally as
possible without visitors present.
You agree that while visiting, you will keep the areas you use
clean, tidy, and in good condition.
In the event that you know people in the area or meet other people
in the area, you will not bring other people to your host's property
unless agreed to in advance by your host.
You agree that while visiting, you will not use or ask to use your
host's automobiles, trucks, vans, or other vehicles. If, for any
reason, you are traveling inside one of your host's motor vehicles,
you will not hold your host liable for anything that happens to you
while in, on, or near your host's vehicle.
